Peña Avis Lounge
Immerse yourself in the light and modernity of the Peña Avis Hall, located on the third and top floor of the building. With 150 m2 open-plan, this space is perfect for all kinds of events, meetings or exhibitions. Its vaulted ceiling, wooden floors and small terrace create a cosy and versatile atmosphere that will captivate your guests.

Priorio Lounge
Discover the elegance of the Priorio Room, located on the first floor and bathed in natural light. With 395 m2, this space is ideal for catering services, thanks to its marble floors and white walls. Divided into two separate rooms, Priorio I (220 m2) and Priorio II (175 m2), it offers a sophisticated and efficient environment for your events.

Hall of mirrors
Let yourself be captivated by the charm of the Mirrors Room, an exceptional space on the first floor with 190 m2. Its wooden floors and large windows offer a unique and luminous atmosphere. Originally the ballroom of las Caldas in the 19th century, today it is an unrivalled option for any event. Ranging in height from 4.60m to 3.11m, this ballroom retains its historic splendour and adapts to any occasion with elegance and distinction.

Monsacro Lounge
"Salón Monsacro", its versatility, the largest and most adaptable space in our convention centre. With 400 m2 of space and a large outdoor terrace, this room offers you an incomparable setting for your events. It can be divided into three independent rooms, equipped with a 3x4m drop-down screen and a wooden and carpeted floor that guarantees an excellent sound system. Whether for corporate meetings or special celebrations, the Monsacro Room adapts to your needs with style and functionality.

Enclave I & II
Explore the versatility of the Enclave I & II lounges, located on the ground floor next to the main reception. With 72 m2 and 65 m2 respectively, these spaces are illuminated by natural light and offer an open-plan environment perfect for a wide variety of configurations. Enclave III
Enjoy the privacy and comfort of the Enclave III lounge, located on the ground floor. At 25 m2, this space is ideal for board meetings and intimate work sessions. Equipped with a drop-down screen and an elegant wooden imperial table, the Enclave III lounge offers the perfect setting for important decisions and success.
